This young woman came from Turkey because she was unhappy with the size of her nose and the bulbous shape of her nasal tip. Through a closed rhinoplasty technique, Dr. Erlich was able to lower the height of the profile and resculpt the cartilages of the nasal tip. Her surgery was performed on an out patient basis and she was able to travel back to Turkey 8 days later.
